Free UTM Tracking for Salesforce

Heeet is happy to tell you that you can now benefit from its advanced cookieless UTM tracking solution for FREE!

How to install it?

1-Install Heeet Starter/Free Edition Salesforce package in your Salesforce org. 

This package includes all required fields on Lead and Opportunity object in Salesforce + 2 flows to automatically create and associate your online leads with the campaign they come from.

2-Add our Javascript to your website.

You can add Heeet Javascript using Google Tag Manager. If you are using Pardot, Hubspot or any other online form builders, make sure that you create and add all the Heeet fields on every single form you want to track.

What data will you get?

Heeet will provide you with a wide range of data insights based on UTM parameters.

  • First click channel (SEO, SEA, Direct,...), campaign, adgroup, medium, referref, source, keyword, landing url, visit date/time
  • Last click channel (SEO, SEA, Direct,...), campaign, adgroup, medium, referref, source, keyword, landing url, visit date/time
  • Number of interactions per channels

Heeet will also create automatically each new campaign as Salesforce campaign and associate your online leads to the relevant campaign.
Once a campaign is created, each new online lead coming from it will be added as campaign member automatically.

For exemple, you just launched Google Ads campaign called "New Product"
John Doe clicks on it and fills a form on your website.
"New Product" campaign is created automatically in Salesforce.
John Doe is added to the "New Product" campaign automatically.
Sarah Johnson clicks on this campaign and fills a form.
Since campaign already exists, Sarah Johnson is added to the "New Product" campaign automatically.
